Lahore was a favourite Mughal capital, and the dynasty left the city studded with masterpieces. This themed day connects them into a single story: the imperial Fort and its Sheesh Mahal, Aurangzeb’s Badshahi Mosque, the tile-jewelled Wazir Khan Mosque, the terraced Shalimar Gardens, and Jahangir’s serene riverside tomb at Shahdara.
