Overview

Commissioned by Emperor Aurangzeb and completed in 1673, Badshahi Mosque is a monument of red sandstone and marble whose vast courtyard can hold tens of thousands. Facing Lahore Fort across the Hazuri Bagh, with the tomb of Allama Iqbal alongside, it forms the ceremonial heart of old Lahore.

A guide smooths the practicalities — shoe storage, prayer timings, dress, where photography is welcome — and fills in the history, so your visit is respectful and relaxed.

A live Google Map with every stop is shared with your confirmation. Driving times are honest estimates and vary with traffic; where a destination is far, we tell you plainly and suggest an overnight if it’s more comfortable.
