About Samadhi of Maharaja Ranjit Singh
The Samadhi of Maharaja Ranjit Singh marks the cremation site of the founder of the Sikh Empire, who ruled Punjab from Lahore until 1839. Its gilded domes and white marble stand beside Gurdwara Dera Sahib, Lahore Fort and Badshahi Mosque.
