About Shahi Hammam
The Shahi Hammam (Wazir Khan Hammam), built in 1635, is a Persian-style royal bathhouse just inside Delhi Gate. Its award-winning conservation revealed rare Mughal-era frescoes and the ingenious hypocaust heating system beneath the floors.
Compact but fascinating, it’s one of the Walled City’s conservation success stories and a highlight of the Royal Trail.
