About Lahore Zoo
Lahore Zoo, on Mall Road in the heart of the city, is one of the oldest zoos in South Asia, established in 1872. Spread over leafy grounds, it’s a long-standing family favourite and a green, easy break between the city’s monuments.
The zoo is home to a range of mammals, birds and reptiles, with shaded walkways, lawns and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s inexpensive, central and popular with local families, making it a good, low-key stop for travellers with children.
