Overview
Lahoris will tell you — with total confidence — that no city on the subcontinent eats better. This evening walk puts that claim to the test: slow-simmered nihari, smoking karahi, crisp halwa puri, tandoor-fresh naan, charcoal kebabs, kulfi falooda and cane-sugar juice, each from the family stall or century-old shop that locals actually queue at.
Your guide handles ordering, explains what you’re eating and why it matters, and keeps everything hygienic — we only stop where we eat ourselves.
Route & logistics
Start & finish: Hotel pickup. Transport: Private air-conditioned vehicle.
A live Google Map with every stop is shared with your confirmation. Driving times are honest estimates and vary with traffic; where a destination is far, we tell you plainly and suggest an overnight if it’s more comfortable.

- Sun protection in summer (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) or warm layers in winter
- A refillable water bottle
- Modest clothing for mosques and shrines
- Some cash for snacks, tips and small purchases

Dress & etiquette
Modest dress (shoulders and knees covered) is best; women need a headscarf inside mosque and gurdwara prayer halls (our guides carry spares) and shoes come off at religious sites. Please ask before photographing people. See what to wear and mosque etiquette.
