Self-drive car hire is uncommon in Pakistan, and most visitors find car rental with a driver far easier — local traffic, signage and parking can be challenging for newcomers, and a driver removes all of it at a similar cost.
If you still want self-drive
Limited self-drive options exist and typically require a valid licence (an International Driving Permit is recommended), a deposit and ID. Availability varies — contact us with your dates and we’ll advise honestly on what’s possible and whether a driver would serve you better.
For most trips we recommend a car with driver. Request a quote either way.
