About Lahore Zoo
Lahore Zoo, on Mall Road in the heart of the city, is one of the oldest zoos in South Asia — established in 1872. Spread over leafy grounds, it’s a long-standing family favourite and a green, easy break between the city’s monuments.
The zoo is home to a range of mammals, birds and reptiles, with shaded walkways, lawns and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s inexpensive, central and popular with local families, making it a good, low-key stop for travellers with children.
