Overview
Gurdwara Darbar Sahib at Kartarpur marks where Guru Nanak Dev Ji settled and spent the final years of his life. The magnificent restored complex draws pilgrims from around the world. Visitors coming from within Pakistan reach it by road from Lahore (about two hours); pilgrims crossing from India use the separate visa-free Kartarpur Corridor, which has its own permit system.
Because access arrangements differ by nationality and change with the political situation, we confirm exactly what applies to your documents before anything is booked — and then handle the logistics so your darshan is calm and unhurried.
Entry requirements differ by nationality and change over time — especially for Indian passport holders and the Kartarpur Corridor’s separate permit system. We check the current rules for your documents before anything is booked.

- A refillable water bottle
- Modest clothing for mosques and shrines
- Some cash for snacks, tips and small purchases
- Your camera or phone, and any personal medication
