These terms govern tours and services booked with Pak Tours Services (“we”, “us”), a government-licensed Pakistan tour operator (Licence No. 9883) trading as Lahore-Tours.com. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation of your itinerary, dates and price. For custom and higher-value tours we operate on a “request to book” basis — we confirm availability before any payment is taken.
Prices
Prices are quoted in US dollars as “from” rates per person based on two travellers sharing, unless stated otherwise. Indicative PKR equivalents are for guidance only. Final prices are confirmed in writing before payment and may vary with group size, season, inclusions and third-party costs (entrance fees, hotels, permits).
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, Pakistan visa/e-visa), appropriate travel insurance, and for informing us of medical conditions, accessibility needs, dietary requirements and any information affecting your tour.
Changes by us
Occasionally we may need to alter an itinerary for safety, weather, site closures or circumstances beyond our control. We will offer the closest reasonable alternative. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by events outside our control (force majeure).
Liability
We take reasonable care in arranging your tour. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from third-party services (airlines, hotels, sites) or from your own actions. Adequate personal travel insurance is strongly recommended and, for some tours, required.
Conduct
Guests are expected to respect local laws, customs and religious sites. We may decline or discontinue service, without refund, in cases of unlawful or unsafe behaviour.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing here affects statutory rights you may have.
