Great vegetarian dishes

Daal (lentils), channay (chickpeas), aloo and sabzi dishes, palak paneer, saag, chana masala, and superb vegetarian breakfast โ€” halwa puri with channay and aloo. Fresh naan, roti and paratha accompany everything.

Snacks & street food

Much street food is naturally vegetarian: samosas, pakoras, golgappay, chaat, dahi bhalla, plus all the sweets (jalebi, gulab jamun, kulfi) and drinks.
