Overview
A week is the ideal length to enjoy Lahore and Islamabad without rushing. This itinerary gives Lahore three full days — Mughal monuments, the Walled City, food, Wagah and a day trip — then moves north for Taxila’s Gandhara heritage and Islamabad’s mosque, monuments and Margalla Hills, with time to breathe throughout.
It’s our recommended pace for first-time visitors who want to understand both cities rather than tick them off. Priced on request around hotels and group size.
