Responsible Tourism Policy

We want tourism to benefit Lahore, its people and its heritage. These are the principles we work to.

Respecting heritage

We follow site rules at monuments, mosques, gurdwaras and museums, brief guests on etiquette, and never encourage behaviour that risks damage to fragile heritage.

Supporting local people

We work with local licensed guides, drivers, family-run eateries and craftspeople, so that your spending stays in the community. We pay and treat our team fairly.

Cultural respect

We prepare guests to dress and behave respectfully, to ask before photographing people, and to engage with local communities considerately.

Environment

We encourage reusable water bottles over single-use plastic, responsible waste disposal, and low-impact choices where practical.

Honesty

We describe tours truthfully, quote drive times and difficulty honestly, never publish fake reviews, and tell guests when a plan is genuinely not advisable.

Safety & inclusion

We prioritise guest safety, welcome travellers of all backgrounds, and can arrange female guides and accessible planning on request.

Effective date: 13 August 2026. This policy forms part of Pak Tours Services’ published booking information. Trip-specific conditions are confirmed in writing before payment.
